They are cheap for a reason. They didn?t pour my patio to the correct dimensions, short by a foot. Tried to fix the error by pouring a concrete block, which was also mis measured. They glued and pieced together concrete pieces to make the correction. Charged me 1,000 dollars to assemble my pergola, which is now crooked. Coy never returned calls, refused to get me finish. He had one guy show up on a few saturdays who also said this was really messed up. They didn?t anchor the pergola and it almost blew off the pad. I called Coy about 20 times to get the work done, half the time he had excuses as to why it was not finished. Worst experience ever.

He came in and from consultation to the final visit he was professional and above all creatively understanding to what our family needed. Coy with Legacy Landscapes was hands downs the best decision I?ve ever made. I had 7 total landscaping companies come out to quote for an outdoor kitchen and Coy was the only one that cared what was best for me instead of pressuring me into a sale. He addressed drainage, functionality, budget and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed instead of adding fillers like the other companies did in their quotes. In the end Legacy Landscapes was not the most expensive quote but was definitely the best installation and customer care I have ever received.

Coy and his team did an excellent job on our yard. Since we have a new build, they put in a lot of effort to establish a solid foundation for us. They also addressed the drainage issue left by the builders, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We plan to hire them for our front yard as well. The turf looks fantastic, and the kids love it! Coy is responsive, clear communication, and quality work.
