Our new awning looks and works great. Good customer service and quick, professional installation.

Wow. this review request just popped up after 7 years. We had an awning cover made in 2012 for our patio that is 10 by 20 that is supported by 15 metal rods where they made tie down flaps with grommets on both sides. The awning is removed for the winter each year. I do not remember the installers name but he showed me how to best reinstall the cover and make it tight each spring. The awning still looks great after 7 summers.

From sales, to office staff response, to installation, they were great! All personnel were responsive, extremely helpful and very pleasant. The awning is beautiful and our entire experience with SunSaver was great!

We just got the awning installed. So it has only been up one day.

I am extremely happy with their product and friendly and efficient service. SunSaver awnings might be a bit more expensive than other popular brands but one can definitely notice the difference. The fabric is much more solid and provides cooling shade even at mid day. Our South/East facing deck has been transformed into an extra room, that we can now use all day long. Since an awning is quite an expense we have been comparing products for one year until we decided to work with SunSaver. We couldn't be happier and I can definitely recommend SunSaver Retractable Awnings

Nick and Steve showed up on time and knocked out the installation in half the time we expected. They were friendly and professional - did a great job. We are very pleased with our new retractable awning.

Response was quick and excellent, friendly and competent. A tricky job - so glad I had them!

WE HIRED THEM TO REPLACE THE TATTERED FRONT PIECE OF THE AWNING AND TO REPAIR THE MAIN AWNING. THEY PERFORMED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE REPLACEMENT AND REPAIRS!

I hired them to provide and install a large retractable awning over a second-floor deck. Their salesman arrived on time and explained the options very well. I ended up buying a Total Eclipse awning, 18 feet wide and 14 feet 9 inches projection. They ordered the awning from the factory, and called me when it shipped to set an installation time. The installers arrived right on time. Because of the way my house is constructed they had some trouble finding a beam to mount he awning on, but after some study and testing they succeeded. The installation team, led by James, was very careful and courteous, and checked as they went along that I was happy with where they were arranging things. The awning looks very good and extends and retracts smoothly.

We had a very positive experience with SunSaver. The Staff was very professional and knowledgeable of their product. The sales lady was a delight and always arrived on time for an appt. The installers were also very professional and detailed. We love the appearance and ease of operation and are looking forward for some warm weather to fully appreciate it!

Excellent job! The awning looks fabulous.

The sales person and installers were awesome! We struggled with the owner on the company because of a misunderstanding with the pricing of a change order on the installation. (Get a written quote on the change order before the work begins to avoid confrontation!) It could have been handled in a more professional manner. We were extremely disappointed with her behavior.

The awning is being made. I don't have it yet. But, the response I received to my internet inquiry was immediate, and the salesman, Zack, was right on time, knowledgeable, and a real gentleman. He sold me as much as the product did. I'd like to respond again when the awning is completed and installed. I can't give a final rating at this time.

To date, I've only contracted the company...the actual work has not yet been completed. I was completely satisfied and overall very pleased with the presentation and the facts about the company and the product I would be receiving.

The awnings work perfectly and we are very happy with them. The installation was professional and clean. Definitely a home improvement we are satisfied with.
