Our basement was damaged due to water leakage and I used summit for repair. The work was excellent and timely.

I highly recommend this company for your water mitigation needs. Oleg was extremely responsive and explained the process well. We had a recent incident where a visiting parent accidentally left the sink water open to soak some items. The water ran down onto the floor, into a bedroom, and down a vent into the hvac. Oleg came within hours of the situation and was very reassuring. He set things up so that the rooms were dry and back to normal within just a few days. We are very grateful to have found his info when we were in need!

We had a major flood in a lower level bedroom due to a water heater failure. I was out of the country and we had a guest staying in our home. I called Oleg and not only did he answer, but he went to our home within 20 minutes of my phone call! He got the water extracted, removed the soaking wet carpet and set fans and dehumidifiers that evening. Oleg was responsive throughout the process and I thought I was going to have to figure out contractors to put everything back together, but he did that, too! Drywall repair, new carpet, paint, reinstalling trim, putting furniture back in place…everything! It was so comforting to know that he had everything under control for us and communicated with our houseguest throughout the process. He was truly a blessing during this unfortunate situation.
