STORMGUARD ROOFING LLC

We were one of the ones affected by the storm in the Southland Mall storm in July. We had moderate roof dammage and lite damage to siding and gutters. The company we chose to do the work was Storm Guard Roofing LLC. The scheduling for the roof was drug out over 2 weeks and they surprised us when they started. The roofing company that did the work was efficient and cleaned up well after the job was completed. Thats where the success ended. After many unreturned phone calls and missed appts. We finally got a hold of Stan Warwick and got scheduled. The work never started At this point we had paid him $4000.00 for doing the roof and when we finally had made contact we agreed to pay another $2000.00 for materials to start siding and gutters. More unreturned phone calls later we finally got him on the phone and agreed to meet to discuss what he was going to do and what he had done. I called him an hour before we were to meet and he said he would be there. He did not show. After much frustration we decided to terminate the contract and get our money back. After many attempts to get a hold of Stan he finally answered the phone again and agreed to return what was owed us. A week later he had not responded so we filed a complaint with the BBB the following day he paid us.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM STORMGUARD ROOFING. THEY WERE QUICK TO SCHEDULE THE REPAIR AND ON TIME AND EFFICIENT. PRICES WERE REASONABLE.
