Mike is thief who stole our deposit and disappeared! He has done this to many people it turns out - see his Google and Yelp reviews! Don’t trust him!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Mike is everything that the negative reviewers on yelp, google, and the Better Business Bureau says. Unreliable, a no-show full of excuses, and a liar! I do not trust this man! He's bad business and I wouldn't be surprised if his business was going under. I put down a 1k deposit in August and he's taken my deposit without providing ANY services for replacing my window and has yet to refund me. Like everyone else says, he just gives one excuse after another for not getting the job done and for not being able to refund me! I will write a review anywhere I possibly can to warn others. I will call the news to call him out and I'll be seeing him in court. BUYER BEWARE!

Do not use this company. Kept rescheduling a simple window glass repair, which would have taken about 30 minutes. The only time they actually showed up they had glass that was wrong from the manufacturer. After that constant rescheduling. Got tired of waiting after close to two months, and found another vendor. They claimed they would refund me and never did. I finally had to go through my bank. Shady company. Finally went with Acorn Glass who did the job perfectly, quickly and on time.

Mike got the window to close completely and told me how I could do some minor repairs myself to get it too close easily.

Mike removed large windows that were broken or cracked and were not safety glass. I was impressed with his ability to remove and install large windows.

Services provided was less than acceptable. I would not hire this individual EVER. Everything that went wrong is so unbelievable; I couldn't make this stuff up. I will just put a few: 1). Took me over a month to get ahold of this individual after paying for services. 2). Glass was left on the ground after they replaced window and my dog cut his paw; (that's how we found the broken glass). 3). He had some sub-contractors do the trim on our windows. It was like Larry and Moe; I have pictures to prove it. They didn't even cut a 45 degree angle when putting the trim on and then didn't tack the trim down. Looks like two 6 year old boys did this. 4). Did not show up on time. Hours late every time they were suppose to arrive. 5). After talking to the owner, Mike, about the horrible work done, the sub contractor called me and left a message about how sorry he was and then proceeded to tell me about his divorce, etc. on my answering machine. 6). The subcontractors lied about the time they were at my house. They arrived after 11:00 a.m. (of which they were suppose to be there at 9:00 a.m.) When I arrived home at 3:00 p.m., they told me they were there 6 hours. They tried to charge me for 6 hours of labor and I told them that I didn't even leave the house until 10:40 a.m. and they weren't there yet. All they did was install 1 window (which I had already paid for) and installed 12 pieces of trim. I wrote them a check and they went directly to my bank and cashed the check. 7). I told them I wanted a receipt of the type of window they installed and they can't provide it. 7). Is this the type of people you want working on your home?

Excellent job done. On time, professional dress and attitude. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Mike.

The window was fixed and the screens were repaired in about 30 minutes with no fuss. We asked for business cards so that we will have the contact information. We would not hesitate to call again for assistance with window and screen issues and recommend this company with no reservations.

Very well. Mike and his crew are real pros. This was not an easy job and required a high degree of knowledge and experience. Mike has both. He was very responsive to my requests and was very communicative on when he would show up and when he would have the work done. I do not hesitate to give him the highest recommendation.
