We were having problems with our well for several months. We called another well company who came out twice and basically said there weren't any  problems that removing the kitchen sink sprayer wouldn't solve. We removed the kitchen sink sprayer which did nothing for our well problem. I checked out Angie's list and found Parker drilling and pump supply. They came right out and immediately found a fuse that was burned out. They replaced the fuse and said to call them back off the problem continued. We called them back out a couple of weeks later and they came right out. The pump needed replacing and they did it right then for a fair price. 
 What I liked most about this company was that they started problem solving immediatly, they just didn't go immediatly to the most expensive problem on the list and tell us we needed a new pump until they were sure that was our problem.

A new well was drilled because the old one was failing and collapsing in
on itself. It was putting forth 12 gallons and less per minute.  The
new well was drilled deeper and puts forth 35 gallons per minute.  I
trust Tommy Thrasher as he has been in business for many years and has
serviced my property several times.  My well never ran dry, but I would
have water issues after watering my landscape and rationed usage. 
Therefore, I was not in an emergency situation and could wait.  Upon
arranging an agreed date to commence, I found that Tommy and his crew
were punctual and courteous.  They professionally addressed my questions
and concerns.  I have not been billed yet but Tommy said that the job was much less than the high cost estimate he originally quoted as the worst case scenario did not happen.  Overall, I am very pleased.

We called them on Friday afternoon about 2:00 p.m. when the pump stopped working. Left a message with the owner's administrative assistant who said we may want to call someone else as they were very busy. We chose not to as we had used this well service in the past and had a good experience. Owner on another job - called us Friday evening. Said he would be at our house about noon on Saturday. He showed up at 2:00. Had pump replaced, electrical box replaced, and water service by 6:30 p.m. Water system working well. This water well service is always busy - we're willing to wait as he does a good job.

Excellent, had plumber come and look, wouldn't touch suggested I call well/pump service. Called well service used in past, didn't return any calls. Called Parker Pump, had repair made within 1 hour.
