I read all the local vet reviews and decided to make the switch to Parker Animal Hospital. My two miniature dachshunds saw Dr. Bigbee. What an amazing place!! At our prior vet, we were lucky if we saw the vet for more than a few minutes. Dr. Bigbee and her tech spent the entire visit with us. We talked at length about my pups health history, any concerns I had and preventative suggestions. Both pups were then given their shots and Dr. Bigbee examined each of them right in the same room with me. My prior vet used to whisk them away into some back room to be poked and prodded without me there. Parker Animal Hospital is a small, cozy "no frills" office and the services (full exam and shots) were 1/2 of what our prior vet charged! My pups don't need fancy photo cards or a fancy iPhone app to stay healthy and I'm happy to be free of those excessive charges! If you are looking for an amazing place to take your pet....I highly recommend Parker Animal Hospital. They provide incredible care without draining your pockets!

I went there the other day and the veterinarian was fantastic.  They were friendly, obviously loving animals.  We have a dog that had heartworm about a year ago and we were across town so we had a veterinarian, had premium for that, this day it was very aware of that.  They were very thorough and compassionate.

I'm impressed with the way the employees treat my dog. Whenever I bring her in, they shower her with hugs and attention. They patiently explain everything that needs to be done as well as the aftercare program. I trust them with both of my dogs as well as my cat.

I think they are great and very supportive. The facility is very clean and neat, the staff members are so very pleasant and the Veterinarians are wonderful. I have been working with them for many years and I have always been satisfied.

I like my vet a lot. I think the services are good. There are a lot of different doctors to choose from and they're all real good. The prices could stand to go down a little, but they're not outlandish. I think they are experienced and qualified.

The assistant and the vet, Pres White, examined both animals. Both animals were healthy and no shots were required. Dr. White then focused on past treatment of my anxious dog and recommended a new treatment. In addition to this, he gave me information on bubonic plague. He said that dogs can be carriers without exhibiting symptoms and in the current season, with plague having spread to Denver, to protect the HUMAN members of our family, it would be best to deter fleas on our pets (using Frontline). At the end of the visit, when I went to pay, the doctor only charged for one pet because he felt that the examination was limited on my non-anxious dog (weight and temperature only). I appreciated that he didn't overcharge me, because having two pets can get to be expensive.

The vet ran several test on the dog to try and find out why he kept falling over when walking. The blood test review was that the liver was not working properly, but he wanted us to go see a neurologist to see if they could determine the problem. The test they wanted to run were going to cost $4000 so we opted not to have the test done since the dog is 11 years old.

THE VETERINARY TECHS WERE VERY NICE. OUR THREE DOGS WERE A LITTLE ROWDY, BUT THEY WERE VERY PATIENT. THEY RAN THE HEARTWORM TEST RIGHT AWAY AND GAVE US THREE OPTIONS FOR TREATMENT.
