We found the service at the Southwest Plaza Farmers market. The service appeared to be exactly what we needed. We dealt with Larry, the owner, at their Parker location. The original date that we went to have services done was June of 2016 and we paid up-front cash of almost $600. Initially the promise date for completion was September of 2016, which then slipped to October, then late November, then late January, and finally an ultimatum to complete the task in early March. After many, many missed deadlines Larry promised to have the work done. He never answers calls or responds and you must physically travel to their location in Parker to discuss anything. After all the delays, today, March 3rd, the photos were complete. We saw some samples and received a jump drive with the photos. When we got home we looked at all the photos and they are grainy, have multiple scratches and blemishes, are all printed backwards, and are totally unacceptable. Probably 95% of the photos are unusable. Larry promised to resolve the problem and ended up delivering a jump drive in which the first photos look good but in going through all the photos we found the majority were never fixed and cannot be used. Based on our experience and total dissatisfaction I would not do business with Moving Memories
Description of Work: Transfer of photos from 35mm film strips to flash drive, approximately 1000 photos
