Description of Work: My lawn was dead from broken sprinklers and drought. Mike followed architect plans drawn up to cut back lawn areas with mulch areas, dry river bed, flag and paver patios as well as breeze paths. He planted, dripped in beds and to pots, trimmed, fabriced and mulched the garden beds. He built an amazingly beautiful and level cut flag patio as well as two others with flag and pavers. All of this was done by himself and one other worker. He also edged the lawn, prepped the soil and laid a gorgeous new lawn that he took great care to establish by dilgently monitoring the watering. He also coordinated with the sprinkler guy as well as soliciting various bids for the sprinkler system. He was always on time and consistent with letting me know if he had would be arriving or leaving at a different time or had to take a day off which was very rare. He worked practically every day with great care - not one of those guys who disappears for a week leaving your yard in shambles. Very honest, hardworking, creative, can do and all around good guy.
