MERRY MAIDS

They were very good. Had a team of two for a two bedroom apartment. The actually came on short notice on a Saturday morning. A two day notice for a Saturday morning and they came and did a great job and I guess maybe a short period of time probably, maybe two hours maybe an hour and a half but not a big apartment. It was very professional and efficient.

We have been using Merry Maids for at least 5 years now, and would never change. The office staff is friendly, upbeat, and easy to work with. We frequently travel and have to change either the week or the day of the week, and they are happy to adjust the schedule (although I know it isn't easy sometimes. They give me a one hour time frame and the ladies are always prompt, and if I need to know to within 20 minutes of when they will be here the office is always happy to call them and let me know. There is one team I especially like, led by Stephanie, and they make a point of sending her out each time. (they don't seem to have a problem with turnover)
Occasionally there has been a problem with something broken, but the ladies always leave me a note and the broken item, and the ofice follows up the next day offering to make it right by replacement or what ever we would like.
Our house is not large, but a challenge as we live 30 min out of Longmont in the country, have a lot of dust, and we have samoyeds and collies, so there is always dog hair and dirt tracked in. I have cancer and am usually not able to keep up with dusting, mopping and vacumning, so it is not easy, but they never complain or have "attitude" and are always kind and compassionate (I am often in bed napping when they come). They do a consistently very good job of cleaning, and I could not ask for more.

They did a good job, and I would recommend them.

They are great. I have recommended them to my neighbor’s. They are trustworthy. They dod good work. I would use them in the future.
