The company does excellent work. I do not know if it was because we are so far out or not but it took the man who came out longer to do it than normal because he would tend to take days off and go freewheeling in front of us. But we are a long way from Parker. And it really did look nice when he finished. I cannot think of anything that I was concerned about. It seemed like their price was not exorbitant. I guess, it was a fair price. It took him more than a month, six weeks, to finish our basement and it is only 500 square feet. We would not use him again in the future just because of the distance. We are probably 75 miles from him and it is a little over an hour to get up here. We are also up in the mountain and he is basically down on the plain. And we are uphill so he would go from 5,000 feet to 9,000 feet. But if it was not for the distance we would use him again.

When we decided to have our basement finished we found three contractors and had them all quote the work. Majestic quote offered more "bang for the buck" than the others did. But the main reason we decided to go with J.R. at Majestic was his commitment to following up and his input on ideas for how to finish out the space. His ideas were great and we ended up with a beter more usable space becasue of them. He also gave us a price and finish date that he stood by even when we made changes in the plans. A great guy who cares about details and providing you with the best job he can do. I would recommend Majestic to anyone looking for a quality basemnt build out.
