Called and left a message at Magpie Property Inspections.  Rob Morris, owner, called back promptly and we scheduled the inspection for the time and day that was perfect.  I was concerned about the sewer line and they made a excellent recommendation for a company that does sewer line videos.  Living outside of the area, I didn't know radon was an issue until Rob brought it up.  He explained the importance and I thought it was a wise idea.  He showed up on time and was professional.  He is very detail-oriented and his explanation gave me incredible understanding of the property I was about to purchase.  Since I couldn't be at the inspection, he called me right after he was done to tell me his findings.  The report was sent to me the very next day.  He was very thorough and has a wealth of knowledge on the subject of houses and the areas they are located in.  He also sends a list of recommended service providers that is very helpful to new homeowners to the area.  I highly recommend Magpie Home Inspections.
