My daughter locked her keys in her car, so I called this company because they were local and nearby. I asked them how much, and they said 29.95 for the call, then extra for labor. I said how much for labor, and they said it depends on the lock and if they need "special tools." Some guy of Arab descent called me back, I could barely understand a word he said, looking for the car. Then he calls me again to tell me how to get my money back from the insurance company, and I said "how much then?" He stated the car required "special tools," although my daughter stated that he didn't even look at the car. $130 to gain entry. I said forget it, that was a rip-off, and he said I owed $30 just for coming out. He was then very rude to my daughter as he left. But I hate that I had to give him credit card info, because these guys are operating a scam. Insurance companies ought to investigate.
