decks, replacement windows
+ 0 moreNate Latimer, Latimer Construction, and his sidekick Dennis came in and were faced with many challenges ranging from improper craftsmanship from previous contractor to rotting support beams. They had to add additional support beams to meet current code. All of this was accomplished in the given time frame and without Interruption of the underdeck project. The level of carpentry skill and craftmanship these two exhibited far exceeds other contractors that I have used. They were on time, stayed late several times, were courteous and professional, and cleaned up their mess every night. Thanks Nate and Dennis! We look forward to using our new deck this summer.
Description of Work: I wanted to replace the redwood decking and rails, extend the existing stairs, and change the railing to accomadate snow removal, with a trex like product. This needed to be coordinated with other contractors who were installing a new pavestone patio under the elevated deck.
