I have nothing but positive feedback for John. I had a Samsung dryer in need of repair. John answered upon initial contact, he conducted a phone survey to attempt at determining the problem. His concern first and foremost was to assist and resolve the problem, he was not interested in a service call to simply first charge to diagnose the problem he wanted to understand so the initial service call would resolve my issue. Once he arrived for the service appointment, he was efficient, professional and completely resolved the issue. I will not consider contacting any other person for any future household appliance repairs. I would strongly recommend John.

Excellent service. He wants to know information about your model so he will have the possible required replacements parts with him on his first visit. The appointment was very prompt and he was punctual. Pricing is within acceptable range for this level of superior professionalism and service.

John is a true Appliance repair professional - very rare to find in this business. He is going to be the first one to hear from us for any appliance issues we run into. Not only he guided me over the phone to troubleshoot the slow water dispense problem (self service - free of cost and I solved it myself; I am somewhat handy), he was sure to show up on time for the Icemaker issue (second issue), treated everyone with respect, communicated the problem and the possible root causes and how he would approach it. Came back the second time with the parts he needed and icemaker was fixed. Excellent Professional who knows what he is doing and charges fairly for his time and knowledge. He is not the cheapest in terms of trip charge but includes that in his repair charges (which is very reasonable hourly charge). Many other repair folks end up ripping on repair charges with low upfront trip charges. Thank you John!!

I would definitely call him again and have told everyone in the neighborhood that if they need an appliance repair, John is the guy to call. When I first moved to Colorado, he told me step by step over the phone how to get my Fridge working again. He didn't charge me for this. If you are looking for an honest repair man- call John!!

John was great! He called me to schedule the repair within 24 hours of my initial contact. He gave me a one hour window of when he would arrive and he arrived within that time! Much better than the usual "we'll be there between 8am. and noon" timeframes. He was very cordial and professional and brought all the appropriate tools and replacement parts with him. I will definitely be calling him again if I ever need something repaired. I felt his pricing was in line with other providers. Really a great experience!

Our oven in our Whirlpool range stopped working.  John came out when he said he would on time, did the diagnostic, ordered a new part and came back with the new part and installed it in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and then tested the oven and the rest of the stove.  The charge was reasonable for the service and the cost of the part was reasonable.

After contacting several appliance repair people I looked to Angies list to see if I could get a referal that was fair and good.  I found John's ad and contacted him.  He was very informative before he came to do the repair.  He came with the parts and in an hour had our dryer working again.  I will call him and refer him if I need repairs again in the future.

Jon has an excellent message on his answering machine that tells you exactly how to faciltate getting your repair done. By giving him the make and model of your appliance plus telling him the problem, he can bring the parts he thinks will fix your problem. We have used his services twice and both times, he had the parts to fix the appliance when he arrived which made it quick and painless! He knows his stuff and I would recommend him without reservations.

Our Kitchenaid Superba oven was not heating up and smelled like gas when we turned it on to "Bake" or "Broil".   John took it apart while giving us a detailed description of what he was doing, why he was doing it, and general background on the operation of the gas oven. He diagnosed the problem, installed the right parts, added the missing wiring, and verified it worked.  He was very thorough and kept us informed about what he was doing throughout the process.  He inspired confidence in his expertise.  Because he was so careful to keep us informed about what he was doing, it was pretty clear that we was being honest about what repairs needed to be done.  His entire manner was trustworthy.  Next time an appliance breaks, we will be calling John.

It went well. John was fantastic with follow-up as we played phone tag for a few days before  we spoke on the phone. He came on a sat and was very knowledgable with my make and model of refrigerator, making recommendations as to the next step when he assess it was not fixable. He advised us which brand had the best track reord and where to go to have reliable service.  As for my washer he advised us on the best way to run it most efficiently and answered any an all questions  I had. I was very happy with the service.

They are honest, prompt, and their prices are fair. 

It went fine. John was very professional, did what he said he would do, cleaned up his work area very well, came in under-time and under his estimate, and gave us good advice for when we had to replace the washing machine.

I called John Wright about repairing the display on our Thermador oven. He was familiar with the oven and the problem He ordered the part and told me how much it would cost. He received the part in a few days, called back to schedule an appointment. He was punctual, professional, and very courteous. He did the repair and the oven is working fine now. I am very happy with his work.
