We had bought the door from a local home improvement company and they used Jade as a subcontractor to install it. It went great and they were very professional. We are going to have them come back to make an adjustment after we get the door stained. They were very good. They did follow up. I didn't really check around but I thought the price was fair.

Our installer was so courteous for our measure, we actually asked him to measure our doors. He (Don) had great suggestions on which models and manufacturers to use. Our doors arrived early, but we decided to wait on the windows to arrive to start. Don was there earlier than he promised, and called us on the way to let us know he was en route. The install was clean, as quick as possible, and Don did a tremendous job cleaning up after himself. He also replaced one in-warranty handle later, above and beyond his contract.

Installer was professional, courteous and timely. Don was empathetic and understanding of our needs, and very detailed on our measure (which was no cost). The office had my measurement back with pricing from two vendors within two days, and my down payment did not include any labor (this was due at installation). Two weeks later, I had my timely install, which, for a large installation, was very clean. The installer used carpet covers of some type, and was VERY thorough to clean up. We have not had to use the one-year warranty, and the caulking he used was 50-year outdoor. High attention to detail, what a bargain! :)
