If you need a roof, I highly recommend High Plains Renovation. Dan Flynn, owner, did a wonderful job from start to finish. He was very attentive throughout and a big help dealing with the insurance company. He answered all the questions and even some I hadn’t thought of and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied even taking care of small items that were not necessarily part of the scope of the project but needed attention. His crew was prompt, professional and did a great job cleaning up. I am VERY satisfied with the whole process and my roof looks great!

Dan is very easy to work with and was able to install the new roof quicker than expected for a very reasonable price. Dan is friendly and professional and I would absolutely recommend him for any project.

Dan's crew arrived at 7:30am this morning and got right to work. All the work was completed by noon. Dan came at 11am to check on the progress. The crew cleaned up extremely well. I am very pleased with the work they did and when my roof needs to be replaced, I will be calling Dan.

I was very pleased with the service I received from High Plains Renovation, LTD. Dan Flynn came to assess the problem very promptly and was willing to take the time to discuss all the options available for repair at length. The work was completed in a very timely manner. We have had several very violent rain storms since the repair and have had no further problem. I would highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again in the future if needed.

I called as I needed gutter repair or replacement. Left a message with name and address, along with problem (one long seamless gutter with damage - needed repair). I know the phone worked; was able to leave message. That was May 16th. Today is July 14th. Still waiting. No response, no call or text back to confirm receipt of my inquiry. I needed help with a damaged gutter (remember all the rain?) --- and am still waiting. We've contacted three other companies, and no one seems to want to help. f we had a $2K job, maybe? This one may be $300 - 400 and we can't get anyone to do this work. This review is also going out for the other groups who basically refused to even give us the time of day when we can't do this job ourselves and are will to pay someone to do it. Beyond disappointed - let's say disgusted.

Dan was prompt, professional and did an excellent job for a reasonable cost. He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would do and cleaned up after himself. I will use High Plains Renovation in the future and highly recommend him to others.

I had a conversation with the owner, Dan Flynn, about replacing my gutters and upgrading them to gutters with leaf guards. I had received quotes from a few other companies and they were either crazy expensive or they never sent me the quote to my email which they promised to do the next day. Dan's quote was the best price value for the product I wanted installed. Dan was very professional and helpful from the beginning to the end of this home repair. He gave me a quote and together we picked out the paint color that would best match my trim. Dan told me up front that due to the weather he had several big projects he had to get to first, but would put me on the schedule and he would get to me ASAP. A few weeks later, Dan and I talked and set up a date for the repairs. He was on time, he was very nice and professional, and did an amazing job. He even nailed in a wooden board on my house that was beginning to come loose. He also added screws to my remaining water spouts to better secure them since we weren't replacing them at this time. I didn't ask for any of the extra perks and it is so nice to see that some repair companies still believe in customer service first. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I will also recommend his services to family and friends.
