O'Shay responded almost immediately to my email and came out the next day. He showed up on time, fixed the problem, and then did a couple of smaller repairs too at no charge. Best of all, he works nights and weekends so I didn't have to take time off from work. I wouldn't hesitate to have him come back again.

All went well every time. They are the first company to actually show up when they say they will in Castle Rock. They always do a great job and give you the estimate up front so there are no surprises. Very friendly and able to do pretty much anything you need.

He did everything very well and cautioned me to paint all of the areas around the doors that were leveled. I did that and all is well.

O'Shay did a great job on my fence. For these types of projects two things are very important to me, cleanliness and quality, and he was outstanding in both. He took his time and made sure to do a deep power wash making sure to get every board. Also his technique with the stainer was awesome got everything covered but not in wasteful manner. I have had neighboors get this service done and almost all the time the contractor either left a mess at their house or caused a big mess on the neighbors house. With O'shay I did not have any of those problems, very professional and prideful work.
I would recommend him to everyone, he does honest work, was very communicative on when he will be there to do work and always followed through!.

O'Shay built me a new14' x 24' back deck in August of 2015 and the quality was more than I could have hoped for. You could park a bulldozer on this deck and it would hold the weight. He is an amazingly fast and very thorough worker and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. He also planted some trees and bushes for me last fall and all are doing remarkably well this spring and summer. I also had him repair a broker section of stockade fence and then had him built a new gate to by back yard. His prices are very reasonable and I always felt that I got more than I paid for.
I have never written a review before, for anyone or anything, but if anyone deserves a great review, it is O'Sahy and his company GSD Advantage.
