Grissom Contracting

We used Mr. Grissom's company in Florida after Hurricane Milton last year and it was a disaster. Stung us along for months, saying waiting on permits, come to find out they never applied for one until a month after we fired them. The new roof they installed, after inspection, is applied wrong and needs to be replaced, of course he is trying to convince us that he can repair it. The interior work they did inside is completely laughable as you will see in the pictures, and he is still trying to get more money from us. We had to hire a new contractor to redo all of there work so we can get our house back the way it should be, a year after the Hurricane. Stay Away

Grissom Contracting knows the roofing business well. John educated me on the laws and how to best work with my insurance company. Grissom contracting followed through with their commitments in a timely fashion and did a fantastic job on the house. I would definitely work with them again!

John Grissom did a really good job he came out looked at our roof on Wednesday and then met insurance adjuster at our home the next day had material delivered on monday and his crew of guys removed and installed.new roof on tuesday .... this guys knows what he is doing and is quick and he understands the urgency that we had and it looks great ... thank you john and jim and the rest of the crew

John was excellent with followup, getting specs and colors for the HOA. Pricing was competitive.

This company did an excellent job. They replaced our roof. From the beginning they worked with our insurance company and made the whole process easier. The workers were professional and cleaned up after each days work. The office staff were friendly and very helpful. I would strongly recommend them to do work for others.

John is a great guy. You can trust that he'll do the job right without over-charging you. As a home owner, I'm always suspicious on whether the person I hire will be trustworthy and efficient. Grissom Contracting is very trustworthy and efficient. I'm definitely adding him to my short list of A-1 contractors.
