Extremely well. We found Goodmans Appliance Repair here on Angie's List. When we called Goodmans, someone answered the phone almost immediately, and we were able to arrange a two hour service window for the same day. The repair people actually showed up a half hour early and called us to let us know they were running early. The two technicians listened to the dryer and told us what they believed was wrong with it and were able to give us a quote that included parts and labor. When they opened up the dryer, their analysis was spot-on. They did the work professionally and in a timely manner, and gave us a one-year parts and labor warranty. The price was what was quoted to us and was very reasonable. The best thing is that they got to us on the same day we called. We had called the manufacturer earlier in the morning, and they could not get anyone to us before the following Tuesday. (Our dryer died Thursday morning.) And, the manufacturer told us that their repair companies would only warrant parts and labor for 90 days. We found Goodmans Appliance Repair to be fast, reasonably priced, efficient and very professional. They service all appliances, and we plan on calling them again if these types of services are needed in the future.

The inside glass of our oven had broken, and we needed a replacement. After having a horrible experience with Sears, we called Channing. He provided an estimate on the phone, arrived when he promised, and performed the repair quickly and professionally. He took care to ensure he didn't leave glass or dirt on the floor, and the cost was exactly as promised.

Channing was professional and punctual. As he did the repair he explained what he was doing and showed me the components of the dryer. He replaced the old motor with the new and the job was done in an hour. There were no hidden costs. I paid him the agreed upon price he had quoted me on the phone and the job was done! He took extra time to vacuum up all the lint my dryer had accumulated in 10 years and left everything clean. I would definitely call Goodmans Appliance Repair again!

Excellent service and communication. Had the needed part[s] on his truck. Repair was done efficiently.  Would definitely use service in the future.
