BOTH MEN WERE VERY POLITE. THE BUYERS SPENT A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS INSPECTION AND PROBABLY WERE PROMISED THAT THIS INSPECTION WOULD PAY FOR ITSELF. THEY FOUND $8000 IN WHAT THEY FELT IN NEEDED REPAIRS. EVEN THOUGH, IT WOULD PASS A CITY INSPECTION WITH 'FLYING COLORS.'
