Highly recommend Front Range Builders!! From the start to the finish, every member of the team has been very professional, polite and punctual. Definitely agree with the “you get what you pay for” mentality as these projects were not the cheapest bids we got but the sheer professionalism from this team, expertise on how they explained each step of the project and guided our decisions based on our needs instead of their bottom line. Initial contact was from Chad who provided us the initial estimate and walkthrough of how the deck build would go. His was the third and highest estimate we received but he did an awesome job explaining how their building technique and materials far surpassed all other options. During the discussion for the deck build, we ended up adding in a new walkway and a new driveway. Each project was completed in a timely and professional manner, I received updates from Chad on each step of the process as well as from Jason, the owner. The workers sent out to work on each step of each project were very respectful of our property, ensured the work areas were cleaned up and safe at the end of each day and provided an update before they left each time. Due to the pandemic there were some issues with sourcing materials so the three projects took some time to get to the completed stage we are at today but Jason and his team more than made up for it through constant communication and ensuring we were satisfied with each project completed by the team. We had multiple guys from the team out working on the deck and unfortunately did not get all of their names but Otis ran point on most of the deck build from the demo of our concrete stairs to the final skirting around the deck and Kanon was out at the end to finish the stairs and put on the final touches. These guys were personable, respectful and did great work as did all of the guys that were out here. We are very happy with the outcome of all three projects and will be keeping them in mind for any future projects!

Very good. They were very attentive. They did everything we asked, when we asked for adjustments. Jason built a custom bench that looks beautiful. He did some engraving to the posts in the railings. They are very good about adding personal touches. Very responsive. Made the whole process very easy.

The project went very well. The crew was amazing. They always kept in communication with us updating us as the project went along. Jason made us a design instead of just replacing our old deck the same way. He listened to our vision and created a design for us. The finished project turned out even better than we imagined from the design. Great experience from start to finish.

Everything has been great. They were good, easy tow work and talk with that which we made some adjustments on the project.
