He showed up on time after calling first to verify the details of the work. The quality of the work was excellent and everything was finished on time and for the previously quoted amount. There were a couple of repairs done and my wife and I can't even see where they were. I would highly recommend this company.

The repairs are excellent. I can't even tell where they are if I didn't know where they were. He was very prompt, and worked quickly but as I mentioned with a high quality outcome. I am very pleased and would definitely call on Expert Carpet Repair again.

He was very professional and he was right on time. He came out the day he said he would and he didn't take too long to do it. He seemed to know what he was doing. Overall a very nice job and I would recommend the company. He did a very good job.
