Description of Work: We had a little over 6000 pictures on a 16 GB Rocketfish thumb drive that was completely destroyed. The plastic was broken into pieces and all the prongs were broken off. All that was left was the chip. We mailed it in and got the estamate and all the data was recovered in full. The person at eProvided was very helpful and the responce was fast, we had it back 3 days later. We would recomend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreI wasted two months with these guys who gave me lots of promises followed by one delaying tactic after another. They escalated it to their "Advanced Recovery" and collected a $150 non-refundable fee. After they had my money, I find out weeks later they don't have the schematics to do the job and have no idea if they can ever get them. After two months, I decided that was enough. They then promised to send me my SD Card back the next day and then didn't mail it until a week later! The worst thing is that they shipped it back without the hard case I sent it in and they used no padding in the envelope. My chip was cracked in half and declared unrecoverable by another company because of the damage caused by their negligence! Thus far, no reply to my email and no refund. However, losing any chance to recover my data is the worst part of this nightmare.
Description of Work: They failed to recover my SD Card and then damaged it beyond repair when they shipped it back without padding or protection.
