I wasted two months with these guys who gave me lots of promises followed by one delaying tactic after another. They escalated it to their "Advanced Recovery" and collected a $150 non-refundable fee. After they had my money, I find out weeks later they don't have the schematics to do the job and have no idea if they can ever get them. After two months, I decided that was enough. They then promised to send me my SD Card back the next day and then didn't mail it until a week later! The worst thing is that they shipped it back without the hard case I sent it in and they used no padding in the envelope.  My chip was cracked in half and declared unrecoverable by another company because of the damage caused by their negligence!  Thus far, no reply to my email and no refund.  However, losing any chance to recover my data is the worst part of this nightmare.
