I’ve called on this professional and skilled company several times and have also recommended them to friends and family. Had a sink, faucet issue recently and called again! Very quick and helpful

They did not finish the job.

Wanted water filtration system input, plumber did not seem knowledgeable. Found out system has been leaking and company wants to blame it is due to the brand new filtration equipment. When done they turned on outdoor sprinkler system during a snow storm and did not realize it was running for over 36 hours. Regret having this company doing any work in my home. Wanted them to remove system and they would not Their price to install 4 to 5 times more expensive.

Joe contacted me right away and had a technician out within the hour. Danny was super thorough and careful, which I appreciated since we had a gas leak. Problem was fixed within the hour and house was restored to safety. I will definitely use them again!

Sonny from Drainline helped us today to fix a leaky toilet. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly and perfectly. I would hire him (& Drainline) again!

Now he is the handyman for my house: reliable, professional, and honest. He kept the time, finished the work properly, and only charged what he worked (he estimated 2.5h, but he finished it earlier and then charged how much he did). I feel I am lucky to meet him.

I reached out to Billy, he came out and repaired both mens and the women's toilet. We were against time and he came out and got all up and running before the weekend and New Years bash. Much appreciated. However, a few days later we had a major pipe issue, I called him and he came out immediately and took care of that as well. Can't say enough, great guy, great job, great service. They did not want to follow my written specific directions and therefore they did not install the sink supports properly. I will hire a handyman to correct some of their work.

I hired them to do rough in plumbing for a sink, toilette, and shower. I informed them that the work needed to pass inspection as I pulled permits. The work Sonny preformed did not pass inspection. When I told him about the problem, he said he had to do it that way as there was no alternative. I called the owner and he reluctantly came to take a look. Upon further review of Sonny's work. He made a quick fix which passed inspection. To the owner's credit, he did remedy the problem, but was not friendly.
