DC Studios

The project was commissioned on August 25, 2013 and was to have taken 6 weeks. After no responses, I emailed them on Oct 14 inquiring as to the status but received no response. I then called and left messages on Oct 15 and 21 with no return calls. Finally received a call from Larry Reid on Oct 23, said they were having trouble finding my order but would call me back on Oct 28 & let me know if they could locate them. No callback so I called back on Oct 29th and was told they had "found" the disks and they would be ready in two weeks. On November 3 I received an email response about how the flu had hit the office but that they would "be finished with the project by the weekend of Nov 9. As of December 6 I have still had no additional response to my email's and phone messages inquiring about the editing of what was supposed to be a Christmas gift and specifically requesting the return of my disks and money that I paid up front for the work. It is inconceivable that a family run business can be so non responsive to a customer's needs. Having run out of patience at the stonewalling, I am left with little recourse as to my next course of action.

I was impressed with the different services he could do as far as printing audio and video services.
