Daley Clean

It took several tries and several weeks to schedule a day/time for housecleaning of my home (the owner doesn't ever seem to answer the phone but calls back much later at what turned out to be inopportune times; email seemed to be the best way to contact him). In preparation, I had straightened my three-floor house and rearranged my schedule so I could be there. I waited. And waited. At 10:30, a half hour AFTER my appointment time, I emailed to find out if someone would still be coming (since I'd never gotten through by phone before). I heard nothing. I waited. Finally, later that afternoon, I decided no one was coming and I cleaned the house myself. Got an email the next morning that had been sent after 10 p.m. the previous night asking me when I wanted to reschedule and saying he'd gotten the address wrong in his GPS and didn't have my phone number. Didn't sound apologetic at all. Not sure why he couldn't just have looked up my email on his phone since all my info was in there. Also not sure why he couldn't have contacted me sooner.I sent three emails after that, and no response. NONE! HUGE waste of my time and energy. Do not use this company!
