I thought it was fantastic. I thought it was fair and knowledgable and I would definitely use them again.

The outlet was not recessed into the wall making it very noticeable.  The electrician quoted me a price for purchasing the outlet and connecting the box without figuring labor for cutting in the box to make it flush with the exterior wall.  I would not recommend this company.

Service was good.  It required 2 trips as the first trip was a power check and consultation about what might be wrong with the lack of power to the light pole.  Provider recommended that I excavate the area where the line break might be so as to save time and cost.  When that was done (a week or so later), he came back and completed the splice.  All went well and I'm satisfied with the work and approach.  Only complaint is that the office staff didn't realize that I had paid for the service in advance through Angies List via an $99 coupon which gave me 2 hours of labor.  This easily covered the time required, but the office staff sent me a couple of invoices and called a couple other times requesting payment.  I responded twice via email, but they didn't check the emails for a number of days so I received at least one more dunning phone call before they realized that the invoice had been pre-paid by the Angies List coupon.  All ended well, but something could be better with the way the provider handles billing (especially if a coupon is involved).

Based on the reviews on Angie's list I contact the company.  Within 1 hours he had arrived and started working on the job.  Within to minutes the job was complete.  I was very impressed.  He knew what needed to be done and did it.  I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them for any electrical problem I have in the future.  It is nice to know you have someone to call when there is a problem.

I had purchased a big deal, and it worked really well.  They came out superfast, within a week, and they got everything done, without any extra charges. He was really friendly, he came out and did everything superfast, he did a good job, and he also looked at some outlets for me, although that is not what I had hired him to do, but I just had some question. He was very helpful, and everything worked out well.

Carl was friendly & professional. We discussed several possible future electrical projects. He was helpful & knowledgeable.

kind enough to actually go to Home Depot and buy a new switch...came back and installed it and everything worked!  100 dollars seemed like an excellent value to have the garage lighting restored.  Would definitely use them again!!!

Guy was friendly and professional.  I called at 3pm about power outage in my garage and bathroom.  He knew exactly what the problem was and arrived at 4pm the same day, by 4:30pm the power was restored.  The price was very reasonable.  I would not hesitate to use Cross Diamond Electic again.

Cross Diamond has become my "go-to guys" when it comes to having electrical work done at my home.  This is the second time I've used them this year and it was another great experience.  Gay, the scheduler, couldn't be more friendly over the phone when making my appointment.  They were even able to accommodate me the very next day.  And Carl, the technician, was great.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.  It took two days to complete the job, but Carl was diligent about calling when he was on his way and clearly explaining the work he was performing.  Thanks Cross Diamond!

It went fine. He was a good contractor. I had nothing but good things to say about him.

Carl was great. He arrived on time and was very considerate and patient while I asked him questions about the work. He is super knowledgeable and was able to give me options about being able to install a street lamp where one had been removed by the previous owners. I will definitely call him back to do any work we need to have done!

Overall good experience, Ceiling fan in the main floor bathroom installed is noisy, that's the only issue.

Everything went smoothly overall.  Cross Diamond showed up at expected time and did the work I had talked to about on the phone.  Everything went very smoothly.

We had an outlet in the kitchen that hadn't been put back together properly after a repainting a few years ago and it was finally starting to short out, causing other outlets issues. Lo and behold, when the electrician got in there, we actually had some charring! Scary. Our service was efficient and prompt and we've seen zero problems since.

Dave was great! Our project ended up being more complicated than we first thought and he kept at it until he came up with a solution. He always cleaned up after himself and was clean, punctual, and professional.

It was really great. Carl evaluated our needs based on my explanation and then told me exactly how it would be implemented and gave as much explanation as I wished. I really don't think I could add anything to improve upon.  Timely polite, efficient. I will definitely have Cross Diamond back for any future work.
