 + -1 moreGreat experience.Julie Cotton is so pleasant to deal with. I wanted to have my piano tuned and checked before I gave it to one of my children. Julie Cotton took it apart and checked it out & cleaned the inside. She then gave me the good news that it was in good shape but was in serious need of a tune. She recommended that I wait until the piano is moved before it is tuned.I took that recommendation and asked what I owe. She said I owed nothing, though I felt I at least owed her for her time. I will definitely call her for the tuning of my piano after it's moved in a few months.
Description of Work: Cleaned & checked the condition of my piano. Tuning was delayed until after the piano is moved.
