Terrible customer service. Very slow and unresponsive to warranty work.

Overall it was good. There were some delays that caused me some concern and an issue with the concrete finish, but in the end everything was taken care of and I am totally satisfied with the finished product. Geraldo and his partner that did the actual construction were outstanding.
