It was great. I would definitely have them do more work for us. They were reasonably priced. I would recommend them to others.

Chad was very into communication and working with us since we knew it needed fixed but not how to do it and make it look nice. We had several meetings and he met with us anytime we had a concern. He came up with the suggestion of replacing the steps with a ramp for easier access. It looks so nice and blends in with the use of pavers that it does not hit you why it is a ramp instead of steps. He understood the drainage problem and worked with us on how to do the drainage pipes from the downspouts, under the driveway and to the city stormsewer . We added sump pump drainage pipes from the window wells too. He suggested very good lights for the new lighting. He and his crew cared about the finish and gave good suggestions and listened to me when I wanted something changed. Delays came from us not making up our minds what we wanted, two funerals, holidays and weather - only things out of his control. He also came up with the ideas on what to do with the "dead" spaces in the courtyard. One turned into a platform for a future water feature. His crew kept a clean work-sight,  He used good subs for the new window grates and driveway. The pavers were well laid in a nice pattern. The use of retaining wall blocks were well used and blended well with the look of the pavers. The outside sidewalk replacement matched the HOA requirements. He met our goal to improve drainage and accessibility into the house (I am disabled) but did it in a way to look more than just nice and not notice what our goals were. They also designed and built two Trex benches with storage. They are beautiful. My only disappointment was in the limited colors of Trex and not getting the contrast between the two colors of boards that I had hope to get. His rate are reasonable and progress payments and final payment went well, even with all the change-orders.
