Buonsante Tile Co Inc

From beginning to end the experience was a success.   Andy showed up at the scheduled time to do the estimate.  Later that day he provided the estimate and we were able to schedule a date for installation.  He explained the process and the timing of completing the job.  He arrived as scheduled on the date of installation and everything went exactly as he had described.  Both the floor and the backsplash look amazing. 

Having the work done in an occupied rental unit and having to coordinate with the tenant's schedule, it was great having someone who was there when they said they would be, finished on schedule and cleaned up after themselves every step of the way.

We found Buosante Tile by hit/miss, and our experience could not have been better. Our granite-company people fumbled promises to help with the backsplash. It never called back after our request for take-home samples. A second company measured, and called back with an estimate in excess of our expectations. Then we happened upon Andy Buosante. Good things happened immediately. Andy operates this company while holding full-time employment with a bonding-materials company (stuff to stick tiles to floors and walls). He and his craftsman named Gary came as scheduled early Saturday morning (7-10-10), worked both that day and the next on about 30 square feet of backsplash and another 25 or so on a peninsula fireplace. They worked efficiently, cleaned up their messes and left us admiring their craftsmanship. Andy (and Gary) also install granite countertops and flooring. Our experiences with choosing tile products at Arizona Tile and CAPCo and paying directly at builder prices went smoothly. We are thrilled with the results and recommend Buosante Tile without hesitation or reservation.

This is the second job Buonsante Tile has done for us. Andy Buonsante, the owner, was great. He, and/or his crew arrived on time each day, outlined to us what they were going to do that day, and completed the work on time and within budget. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were very professional in the way the worked.
