BEYOND THE GREEN

I initially contacted Beyond The Green to do weekly mowing and he also gave me an estimate on doing spring cleanup in my back yard. He said he was pretty booked up but set the date out a month later. Two weeks before the work was supposed to be done, I called to make sure he was still coming and to make sure we were on the same page as to what needed to be done. He agreed and said he would be there. That date went by with no one showing up and no phone calls. But he still sent out a crew to mow the lawn without a word about the cleanup. As you can imagine, the weeds are really high now! On other occasions when rain kept his crew from mowing, he didn't bother to contact me nor did he send anyone out to mow until my next scheduled day. Very poor communication and doesn't show up for scheduled work.

I called Adam he met me one and a half hours later.He gave me a estimate and scheduled us for four days later.He called the next day due to a cancellation and came out that day,awesome.

The services provided were absolutely HORRIBLE! The owner sent a crew of workers and as far as I can tell from our phone calls he was not on site to supervise them. Instead of pulling the weeds in the flower beds they just laid the mulch on top of the weeds thinking I wouldn't notice. The weeds in the rock beds were not touched. Instead of pruning the dead growth on the shrubs I had pointed out to the owner when he originally came out they just took what looks to have been a very dull power trimmer and completely butchered ALL of my shrubs! I had some beautiful shrubs in the middle of bloom that now look like a 5 year old hacked them to death. They took a good 2 feet off the top of some and made them all square. They didn't even bother pruing out the dead growth, just left it as it was. They even pruned my rose bush in this manner proving they know absolutely nothing about plants. On top of this they just left most of the trimmings behind either on the ground or in the bushes themselves. After paying $200 for this amateur act I have since spent 5 hours pulling the weeds, and cleaning up all the cuttings they left behind,filling 3 30 gallon trash cans with all of the mess they left behind. And to top everything off, a couple of weeks after the so called work was completed we realized that they damaged our sprinkler system where they dug out a shrub, so my husband ended up spending a couple of hours and more money fixing this. Can't believe they had the nerve to charge for this job!

The man I talk to on the phone was nice and willing to help. Haven't met him yet. Did such a nice job, I decided to use him on a regular basis.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY FRIENDLY & WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. HE EXPLAINED HOW OUR SYSTEM WORKS & DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. HE WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER & WORKED HARD.

I PAY $21.00 EVERY WEEK, AND GET BILLED ONCE A MONTH FOR $84.00. WHEN THEY ARE DONE MOWING AND TRIMMING MY LAWN THEY ARE GOOD ABOUT BLOWING OFF THE SIDEWALKS.
