Auto Glass Direct

We were on a trip (we live in Southern CA) and had limited time in the Denver Area. Brian was super professional, made time in his schedule for me and was promptly at my hotel at the agreed appointment time. He was quick, found another chip I had missed, fixed them all in a very short time and I'm really happy. Plus his fee was less than the big chain windshield repair companies. He also followed up a few days later via text to make sure I was happy. If I ever need a windshield repair in the Denver area again I know who to call! It will be Brian at Auto Glass Direct!!

This was one of those too-rare interactions where somebody you hire to provide a service does exactly what is expected when it's expected without any problems. He was responsive, offered a price better than other companies offered, and did good work. We'd absolutely use Auto Glass Direct again.

We will definitely use this provider again. He was easy to do business with, got us a quote super fast, was able to give us a quick appointment time and showed up when expected. He quickly handle both a chip repair and a windshield replacement and was about $75 cheaper than Safelite. The best part was he came to us, so we didn't have to try to take multiple cars into a shop to get the work done. While he was working on our cars, my neighbor approached him and he was kind enough to do a quick chip repair for our neighbor, too. We definitely recommend using Auto Glass Direct.

I had an excellent experience with Brian at Auto Glass Direct. I shopped reviews and price quotes online before deciding. Brian was the most responsive, responding to my request for a quote within 24 hours, and came in more than $100 under Safelite.

He booked my appointment through email and provided on-site service at my house. He called ahead of the appointment, arrived on time and completed the work in under an hour and at his cost estimate. The new windshield looks great. I can't tell any significant differences from the factory-installed windshield and the installation looks professional and came with a lifetime warranty against defects in the glass and workmanship.

I needed to replace my windshield, so I sent emails to 3 companies and Brian got back to me immediately with a good quote. One other company got back to me a few days later with a request for me to complete a full page questionnaire and the other company never replied. We scheduled a time for him to arrive at my house and everything was finished in an hour or so. Great guy and very professional. You can't go wrong hiring Brian to replace your windshield.

Just as our previous experience went, this service call went just as well.  Repaired rock cracks on the windshields of our two vehicles.  The service was prompt, complete and done as promised.  Auto Glass Direct worked directly with our auto insurance so that I didn't have to do a thing other than make a phone call to Auto Glass Direct and our insurance carrier.  Couldn't be any easier than that.

Service and price were outstanding.  Brian's prices were the lowest we found, but he also provided excellent service.  He even called to say he would be about 10 minutes late.  It was a pretty routine windshield replacement and there were no surprises.  He quoted us the total price before the day he came for the appointment and that was the price paid.  No hidden fees for glass disposal or a trip fee....all the others, including the big names, included those fees.  Brian has a ton of experience in automobile glass, stays plenty busy but it was still fast and convenient.  He's not an Angie's List member but he sure should be.  He's exactly "Angie material".
