About us
Artistic Floors by Design is owned and operated by Joe Rocco, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the wood flooring industry. Joe is one of the few wood flooring contractors in Colorado to be certified by the National Wood Flooring Association in Advanced Installation, Sanding, and Finishing Techniques. Joe is available for residential new construction and remodeling projects as well as commercial flooring projects. Joe's references include wood flooring distributors, builders, general contractors, interior designers, and homeowners. Those references can be provided during your project's estimate, which is offered by Artistic Floors by Design at no charge. Although there are no licensing requirements for wood flooring contractors in the state of Colorado, Joe is a member of the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA). As such, Joe adheres to the NWFA's Code of Ethics and regularly attends workshops and technical schools offered by the NWFA to ensure his work meets and exceeds industry standards. Additionally, Joe is a member of the NWFA's Board of Directors as well as the Town of Parker's Chamber of Commerce.
