Byron, the owner, did all the work himself. He came on time the prior Friday and gave me an estimate, and we agreed upon the following Wednesday to have the work done. He was on time Wednesday, and did a fabulous job. I've had my carpet cleaned 2 other times previously by other providers, with marginal results. This is the best my carpet has looks since we've lived there. I would very much recommend Byron.
