This team is efficient, kind, smart, helpful and does quality work. It was remarkable how fast they completed the job. We couldn’t wait to get home from work to see the progress and finished product. Surprise!  Your bill is thousands of dollars more than their written bid and work order changes.  Why?  Because their subcontractors charged them more since American Design and Landscape did not oversee the project and they made numerous mistakes.  You should also pay for all the excess material that they ordered and pay for trees & bushes that were never planted or part of the design.  Was it on-time?  Nope the project took several months longer than promised.  What happens if you contact the owner, president and sales rep and ask for a resolution?  No response but they void your warranty! 

They were the only company that was still doing sprinkler blowouts because I had waited so long! They had a coupon on their site for 59.00 and I purchased that. The gentleman came on time and was very helpful in explaining everything he was doing and also answering my questions. Great experience! Will use them again!

They were prompt with scheduling and performing the work.  They also did an excellent job explaining the procedure and what we could expect.  We are planning on calling in the spring when we need additional landscape work done.  Thank you American Design!

They do just good work. We had a problem in one the underground fixtures, we let them know about it and they were out immediately to fix it. They made contact with us this spring to the do inspection to check I everything was fine or anything needed replacement. They did our landscaping and they came up with really good suggestions. They do what they say they would, really high quality work. It is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They are very good about punctuality.

In 2007, they did a complete remodel of the landscape for my front and back yard.

Don't ever use a vendor recommended by the person with whom you have the contract.  I thought American Design and Landscape was a reputable company.  I am thoroughly disappointed.

Andy came to measure my lawn and emailed an estimate later.  I also got two other estimates, and Andy's was the cheapest, especially if I paid in cash (check) rather than by credit. His men came on time and on the date agreed upon. They worked hard and finished the project in a day.  Andy came by a couple of weeks later when he was in the neighborhood, just to check on the work.  He was pleased and said it had rooted. I paid him half of the cost up front and wasn't sure when I was supposed to pay the rest as I never got a bill, but when he came by, he was surprised when I told him I hadn't paid the rest of the bill, so I wrote him a check at that time. He was pleasant to work with, seemed to know what he was doing.

They are extremely professional and the level of quality is incredible.  They routinely have a supervisor check in on the work being completed and if something doesn't look right, such as a tree, they will pull it and have it replaced.  Unlike many other vendors we've dealt with pertaining to the purchase of our new home, the consumer doesn't have to constantly point out if something doesn't look right.  American Design and Landscape seems to pride themselves on great quality and addressing any concerns or questions.   Even our home builder seems to sit back quietly and wait for us to point out obvious flaws, which is frustrating.   I really appreciate this proactive approach of quality assurance.  Working with American Landscape and Design has been a pleasant experience.  We are looking forward to working with them later this year when we complete the next phase in our landscaping plan.  I would wholeheartedly recommend this company, especially Mike Jenner and his staff.  They are very professional, attentive and really know this business.  We are excited to move forward with the attractive plan they designed for our yard to include an outdoor kitchen area, raised garden, back yard sod, trees, irrigation and native seeding with wildflowers.  Their knowledge and expertise is above reproach.  I would not hesitate recommending this company to loved ones and friends.

They came on the day they said they were going to come on. They had it done in about 4 hours. I am always happy with their work. I think they are the best landscaper around here. They have crews that have been working around for a longtime. They treat there people well and it is a good work environment. That translates to people who are more than happy to make the customer happy. They also have a holiday lighting service. It is a little expensive because it is custom to your house. It is a wonderful service and I am so glad that I have them do it.

For a job as large as it was, they were able to coordinate several different groups within the company for the work wonderfully. They did an excellent job of getting the work done in a timely manner. They weren't the lowest bid but we really clicked with the landscape designer. When we told her what we wanted, she was able to come up with the perfect design! When they finished the work, any little things they had to follow up for were promptly addressed. They had a very professional crew. When we need a little work done in the yard or some extra mulch now, I'll give them a call & always plan to.

Mike Jenner, the head designer, was very friendly, patient, and ready to answer any questions during the entire process. The work crew was efficient, showed up promptly each day, and cleaned up every evening. We are thrilled with the result and plan on using them again in the future.
