They were punctual. They addressed the issues we had in the process. They responded to my calls. The 2 installers were good and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up once the job was done. They were fairly priced and I will continue to use the same in future.

They were wonderful. They made us approve of every step and made us look into it. They fixed something that I did not like even though my husband approved it. They were very professional and everything looked fabulous in the end. They got our opinion on everything and they showed up on time always.

We wanted to pull the carpet off our stairs and refinish them to match our other hardwood floors, install new wood banisters for the stairs, have more hardwood floors installted, and refinish the existing hardwood floors. Based on Fran's recommendation, we could remove the staples and other remenants of the carpet and the stairs would be refinished professionally by All City Floors to look very good. After their first attempt to refinish the stairs, the quality was such that we had to have Fran remove the existing stairs and install all new ones. They simply could not make the existing stairs look good at all; full of scratches, gouges, discolorations, holes, etc. etc. They looked almost the same as when we first removed the carpet. Fran also installed banisters for the stairs, and some additional hardwood floor to match our existing floors. Then he had All City Floors do the finishing work. We would use Fran again, but would NOT allow All City Floors to enter our house again, and would recommend strongly against using them. The finishing work that should have taken 1-2 weeks took over 3 months to finally get finished properly.

Fran is very exacting in his work. He cleans up every day when he leaves and doesn't leave your house a mess. He is great to work with. You can talk to him, make changes and do some of the work yourself. He does excellent work!
