ALL AMERICAN WILDLIFE CONTROL

We bought this house as  a short sale it had been vacant for many months.  We heard scratching noises in the ceiling of the basement  and  saw signs of digging at the end of an attached deck.. We called 3 pest control companies.One said it was mice and offered an annual program of control, one said squirrels and wanted $17,000.00 to remove all the insulation from the attic, trap the animals and re-insulate and then Joe with All American who said, let's put some newspaper in the area of entry and watch for signs of disturbance.  We saw some and so he returned with a baited trap.  A few days later, a skunk was in the trap.  He collected the trap and gave us ideas on how to keep other animals out until we refurbished the deck and closed whatever hidden holes there are to the interior.  His initial charge was $85.00 for  whole house inspection and another $85.00 for setting the trap and disposing of the skunk.  In all he was here 5 times checking the newspaper and later the trap, and was always prompt, professional and very sympathetic about our concerns.  I would have Joe again if I have any further pest problems; he really knows his stuff!
