Joe, the salesman and liaison throughout the project, was very attentive to my questions and concerns, and visited the site at least daily. My only complaint had nothing to do with the quality of the job, but rather with the professionalism of the roofers.  I was home and sick in bed during the job, and the roofers' tendencies to forcefully pitch the bundles of shingles around on the roof as they progressed across the house was noisy and very jarring.  They caused such shockwaves in the house, that one of my ceiling can lights was actually knocked loose, to dangle by the wires.  I know they are  paid by the job, and hence, in a hurry, and probably it is easier on their backs to just pitch the bundles around, but a little respect for the homeowner inside would've been appreciated.  In their defense, they probably had no idea of the chaos they were creating inside.

My other issue with the labor force is rather delicate, and all I want to say is that the only remedy for this particular awkward situation would be for Adam's Roofing to provide Porta-potties for the crew.  In my humble opinion, that is the only expedient, humane, and sanitary solution to this problem, which appears to be universal in the roofing industry.   

Joe went beyond the scope of his job, in terms of customer satisfaction, by taking care of some required gutter replacement.  I also needed to repaint my house, and he located and oversaw the painters in the repainting project, for which I am extremely grateful.  BTW, housepainters could also benefit from a Porta-potty or two!

I would not hesitate to use or recommend Adam's Roofing in the future.

Went great. On time. Professional service. well worthwhile.

It was uneventful.  One man came out to do the work.  He took about 30 to 45 mins.  He was very professional and on time.  Choose the provider based on Angie's List rating.  Would recommend provider to neighbors and friends.

They did a good job and they did what they said they would do. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out just fine. He called me right away. It was very simple and they did a good job. I didn't spend any additional. I would recommend them.

They did a good job, and cleaned up really well, and so I am happy. I had a bigger space, then was allowed on the big deal, and so he ended up doing more work then they should have. They were really nice. There was a woman who was answering the calls, and she wasn't very good, she dropped the calls a couple of times.

I explained that I had called, but never heard back and wanted to be here when they came to provide the service. He appologized. I am not really pleased with the way this was handled and still do not know how the inspection turned out, no report. No I would not recommend the company, if they cannot return calls and schedule a professional service.

They did a good job- no issues.

He did an excellent job.  I expected to be told I need a new roof or big repairs.  He said the roof was good for now (it's old) and to let him know if anything needed attention.  I didn't know he would seal the flashings included in the price but he saw the need and just did it.  I popped outside and saw him on the roof of our old detached garage.  I didn't expect that either and I told him those gutter hadn't been cleaned in at least 15 years.  He said he could tell as there was grass growing in them.  Again, at no extra cost he totally cleared them out.  We have several very tall evergreens with tiny needles and other trees and cleaning our gutters is not a snap.  However, it was done completely with no complaint for the agreed price.  I was so very pleased.

Hard to get a hold of due to Angie's list deal but did a great job. Would use again in the future.

It eventually worked out just fine but there was a lot of problem. It was one of those "Big Deals" when they were supposed to call you and contact us about the time and they never did and I called them and left messages and it was about 10 days of more before we finally got connected. When we finally did connect, they came out on time and they did the job exactly as requested and all was good.

I was pleased with the results.  I'm not certain I received the value for the amount charged.  The roof inspection was basically non-existent.

The service had to be rescheduled numerous times, for which I am part at fault for, with the days getting shorter and my inability to be at the house during daylight.  But I had agreed to have them do the inspection and work while I was out, and to leave me a statement of what was found.  I assume they came and did the work, I never got any type of statement of notice of what, if anything, was found, despite having followed with a phone call, possibly 2.

Went well.  We talked about a further service-gutter work- and haven't heard from them.

It worked out great. It was a big deal purchase. I don’t believe they charged any more than that.

They were punctual, very polite, and did an excellent job. They even raked up and bagged the leaves and debris from the gutters and took it with them. | |As a result of the roof inspection, I was told that I might need some minor roof repairs and that I should call the office to have someone come out and give me a free estimate. I called the office and left a message, but never received a call back. I know that they were overwhelmed with responses to the Big Deal for gutter cleaning and roof inspection, so I will contact them again to see if they can stop by and give me an estimate for any needed repairs.

He was a no-show on the first appointment we scheduled though, but not a Big Deal.

Had to call a couple of times to get the work scheduled but Joe was very nice and conscientious.  Think they're really busy right now and ours was a small job but he stopped by spontaneously to clean the gutters.
