Andy misdiagnosed the initial repair: it wouldn't drain and it would screech between cycles. He said it was repaired but that evening the washer still wouldn't drain. He came back the next day, said it was another part and charged me for the service fee again for coming out on a repair that he didn't guarantee the first time. I asked him about his inability to properly diagnose and he swears it was all working before he left. He would not budge or work with me on giving me a break on this repair. It is now working but I had to pay the 85.00 service fee twice. You want to work with your customers so you can have repeat customers. He failed in this category horribly.

Wonderful! Adam came out on very short notice on a Saturday and fixed my refrigerator that was not running at all. He was very professional, knowledgable and courteous. I would highly recommend him and I do plan on using him again in the future for any other appliance needs.
