The contractor arrived at my home on time to provide an estimate. The estimate was compiled and received on the same day. My mother had used A GOOD ROOFER years ago to replace her roof and was very satisfied (and she is fussy!) When she sold her house 20 years later it passed inspection with no problems so I decided to get an estimate from them. I also got two other estimates. I went with A GOOD ROOFER and have no regrets. They were very accommodating and professional. I noticed other roofs in my neighborhood were slapped on in one day. A GOOD ROOFER used the same number of people (working at a good pace) but took approximately 2 1/2 days to complete the roof and replacement of gutters. They obviously took great time in making sure the roof was done right, We couldn't be more happy with these people and highly recommend them.

We were extremely happy with the work performed on our home. Scheduling was easy and the work was performed in minimal time. We interviewed a number of roofers and still feel we picked the best of the lot.

They could have done a better job. I was not too pleased with the quality of the work. We had to have them come out about 4 months after the job to repair some spots.

"WE WERE NERVOUS ABOUT WORKING FOR THIS CUSTOMER BECAUSE HE SEEMED SO UNREASONABLY DEMANDING. WE WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TRY TO PLEASE HIM, INCLUDING COMING BACK SEVERAL TIMES AFTER THE ROOF HAD PASSED INSPECTION TO TOUCH UP MINOR COSMETIC ISSUES. WE EVEN DROVE HIM AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO SHOW HIM HOW MUCH NICER OUR WORK WAS THAN OTHER INSTALLATIONS ON HIS MODEL. HE AGREED AT THE TIME. WHEN A FEW SHINGLES CAME LOOSE SOME MONTHS LATER, WE PROMPTLY FIXED THEM AT NO CHARGE EVEN THOUGH WE COULD HAVE ARGUED THAT IT WAS MOST LIKELY WIND DAMAGE WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN TURNED INTO HIS INSURANCE COMPANY, BUT BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN UNDER HIS DEDUCTIBLE SO WE JUST TOOK CARE OF IT FOR HIM. THIS HARSH REPORT CARD IS THE THANKS WE GET. FUNNY THING, ANOTHER CUSTOMER WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATIVE...THIS REPORT CARD DOES NOT REFLECT THE OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF OUR HIGHLY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS."
