Perfect, ! Plumber (David) was so honest, problem resolved without charging me a fortune! Definitely the best in Parker, Colorado, will be my plumbers in my book, and definitely recommend them very highly! Have had other plumbers before this company and really aweful, they want to get rich and do poor work! Again I recommend 1st Choice Plumbing! They are the BEST!

Adam explained the problems with the hot water heater and quoted a price for replacement at 1400. and a quote for draining and replacing the valves 400.00. I decided to replace because of the age and that draining the heater might not help it to work properly. I didn't want to take a chance or waste money. He had to go and get the water heater and said that he would be back in a hour. He was right on time. While he worked he explained all questions and gave great details. Not just a one word answer. I have replaced water heaters in the past and Adam gave me more info on all of my plumbing than anyone else. While he was working in the basement, he heard that my drain pumps were running the whole time and not shutting off. He inspected the pump and explained how it works and then tried a little trick that he knew and it worked to flush out the clogged tube and the pump turned off. He also made sure that it was working before he left. he did not charge me for checking out our pump. At that point, I knew I had found our plumber that we would use every time. Adam also replaced a kitchen facet for us. He replaced the valves and installed the facet for 210.00. Which i thought was reasonable. I do have another plumbing problem that I am going to replace that he pointed out. (another plumbing company had also pointed the problem to us) The expansion tank for our system needs replacement. He quoted 289.00 and will come out next week when i figure out my schedule. I was totally conformable with Adam and he was very respectful to me. He also has a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Adam.

Did work on running toilet.

Tech arrived on time and did the job the job professionally and even tightened the dishwasher shut off valve for me which was leaking, since I didn't have the proper tools to tighten it. He also gave me advice on a drain line in the basement for the water softener. After he was done with the job he did some balloon animals for the kids. Never met a plumber like this before! Truly awesome!

The job was well done and professional. He came over to give us an estimate and thoroughly explained all that had to be done to fix the problem we had with the sinks flooding. After explaining the work he told us he could complete it that afternoon and gave us a reasonable cost. Very friendly and conscientious. We would recommend 1st Choice to everyone.

It was a Sunday morning when much to our surprise we walk out to the garage and there was a large fountain of water coming from the wall giving my truck a very cold shower. He came right away, he saw, he fixed, he smiled, we paid, he left, we are very happy. THE END

Brendan was great.  He did a great job at a great price.  He replaced a water pressure regular valve for $325 and fixed a faucet for $29 which included the part and a second trip to my place.  I've used large plumbing companies.  They all did a good job but at 2 to 3 times the price.  I kid you not.  I highly recommend him.

Overall, he did an outstanding job and really did his best to fix the leak without having to break the drywall which would have cost us more.  He was very friendly and explained exactly what happened and how to avoid the problem in the future.  He seemed to us to be a very honest repairman with reasonable prices.  I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

1st Choice Plumbing was reasonably priced. We had a pipe bust and everybody's pipes were busting so we were on a list, so he put us on a list and he got here and he fixed it. He fixed it in a reasonable time.
