Excellent. Top quality work and they came back with great customer service. What a company!

I hired Lianro back in December of 2000 to replace my old shake shingle roof with a new stone-coated steel one. Their estimate for the work was very reasonable, and they did the whole job in less than a week. I've had zero leaks or problems of any kind since. The material is now 17 years old, and is only showing a little wear around some of the bends where the stone coating has flaked off due to hail, wind, snow, and workmen walking around on it. I am thoroughly pleased with the work that Lianro did and the materials they sell.

Caveats:

1) The stone coated steel roofs are the only roofs Linaro installs.  Other contractors said they could install them as well, but I had the impression these high end roofs were not their specialty.

2) I don't want to mention this because it made no difference to me, but I've read other reviews that were fairly racist and mentioned the fact that they were offended by Hispanic installers doing the work.  Hey, this is Colorado.  Get over it.  Most important to me is Pancho, Frank and Betto were a great crew to deal with and I'd be honored to have them back only property, anytime.  Completely profession.  Completely gentlemen.

3) Lastly, this isn't Owens-Corning, see-you-next-hail-storm asphalt shingles that take one day to tear off and replace.  Plan on a week minimum.  These installers are craftsman .... in other words, they are technicians, not magicians.

Process:

I consulted 4 different firms.  I went with Linaro because Llana, Bruce (owers) and Denise (the glue that holds it all together), gave me great advice and were the most knowledgeable about their products. 

I'd be lying if I said price were not an issue.  It was not the  primary issue. They were not the cheapest.  They were not the most expensive.  I feel the price was fair.

I went with the batten product from Metro roofing.  I did this because, it is much easier to maintain and the Mediterranean tile I wanted with battens was only produced by Metro.  Decra has nice products too, but their similar tiles only come in batten-less tiles.  This matters from a maintenance point of view.  Batten products are simple.  You unscrew the tiles and put a new one in.   Batten-less products require more work as you have to start and the top, undo tiles until you reach the affected tile.  I like simple and easy.

I liked Llana's consult and she showed us all the various procucts and even put a couple tiles on our existing roof so we could get an idea of what it would look like on our roof.

I liked Bruce's recommendation on roof soffit venting.  The builder (Classic) only installed soffits on one side. which given the right wind direction can cause a vacuum and suck snow into your attic.  I had no idea .... clearly neither did Classic or the roofer they sub-contracted to.

Denise is Ms. Wizard.  There was not a question she could not answer or quickly find an answer to.

The only hitch was it took a couple of days to get the residual debris to be removed.  A follow up call or two and a nice young guy showed up and cleared things up in 10 - 15 minutes.  He was very thorough and I've only found a speck or two remaining. Nothing I would lose sleep over.

Bottom line: I am well pleased with the metro product and the sales and installation provided by Linaro.  If  you're going to install a stone coated steel tile roof in Colorado, these are the only folks to call.

They're good to deal with in their process. The price is so far so good. They did their time mark and they're a little bit late.

I requested three bids to replace my roof which had been damaged in a wind storm.  When I requested a quote, Denise Wilken from Lianro explained that the  explained that Llana was on vacation and would not be able to give me an estimate until the following week.  She then spent over a half an hour explaining everything about both products lines that they could supply and followed up with an email with a listing of all of the roofs that they had done to include what type and color so my wife and I could see what it would look like.  She also explained that all of their workers were trained in metal roofing and full time employees rather than subcontractors.   I requested and received three bids and read the Angie's list reviews for all three roofers.  Lianro was not the lowest bid but they took the most time on the survey and noticed that I did not have proper attic ventilation and pointed that out to me and said that they would add an option to put that in for me.  Based upon the reviews and the extra time taken to explain what they were going to accomplish, when they would get it done and actually showing us how it would look on our roof by carrying sample up to the garage roof we selected Lianro.  During the job they kept me informed with frequent emails telling me where they were with the work and required inspections.  After they were complete, Bruce came out and finished cleaning up and closing off one small gap on a corner that might have been exploited by a bird or squirrel.  My wife and I could not be happier

They were very good. They were extremely professional and very thorough. The roof was high quality.

Everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time and nothing was asked of me except paying for my beautiful new roof. The crew cleaned up after they were through. I would definitely hire them again, except my new roof has a very long life span. My neighbor used Llanro Roofing a couple of years before I needed them, and his raves not only swayed me to call them but his father and his father's neighbor also used them. An exceptional company.

Overall, the roof looks great and is performing perfectly.  The price was steep, but we felt that Lianro was worth the premium because of their experience in this field.
The young roofing crew did a great job with decent attention to detail.
Lanna did an outstanding job tending to the small details that were outstanding after the crew was finished.  We are very particular when it comes to work being done on our house and she patiently worked with us until we were perfectly satisfied.

This is a family owned company in business for generations and they take pride in not only knowing their product but also in their work. When I first called & talked to Denise she spent half an hour describing the product and referred me to a website that was incredibly helpful in making a decision on our roofing material and installer.
Because of fires and wet or windy weather in Colorado the work was delayed from the original install date but it was well worth waiting for. Lianro took care of everything from an estimate that was fair and was not exceeded, getting the permit and inspection, tearing off & disposing of the old roof, the construction of a new roof line (thanks Bruce) and installing the new roof. 
They had a dumpster brought out for disposing of all the trash and did a very nice job cleaning up around the perimeter of the house. The crew was courteous, professional and worked very hard to do a beautiful job. 
Our neighbor decided to replace his roof at the same time and is also very happy with the product and their work.
The VersaShield layed under the roof will keep our home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. and the roofing material used, Metro stone coated metal roof, lowered our home insurance rate by half and is top rated.

These folks are great!  Very professional, they did exactly what they said they would do.  The men that installed the roof were super.  They arrived on time, worked hard and completed on time.  Every question we had was answered, both before and during the job.  The roof looks terrific and many neighbors have stopped by to say how good it looks.  I am very pleased with every aspect of this job and recommend Lianro without hesitation.

These people know roofing!  Professional ...Provided a list of houses to look at...consulted with us several times before we decided to go with them.  Inspected our roof on more than one occasion the last couple of years.  Communicated with me ahead of time to arrange to have driveway cleared for supplies, etc..., and update me with estimated dates.  Work went as expected.  Roof looks great.  Cleaned up after themselves.  Came out later to look at some trim that had been nicked up during the process...and promised to be back and repair that...I have no doubt that they will return to do that when weather improves.  Promptly provided us with paperwork to get insurance premium reductions.

The service was excellent. I was impressed while talking with them, they provided a list of about fifty customers they did work for. The list even described which style roof was on each house. You could drive around the neighborhood and see all the different styles they put on. I thought that was very helpful.

They are wonderful people and I have no complaints as they are top notch.

They were punctual and professional.  The estimate was for $16,000.  It was a good estimate, but we have not used them as of yet.  We got all our questions answered on time.  It was a good experience.  There were no complications. 

The roofing crew was on time on the day they indicated they would be there. The finished the job in the time (3 days) that they had estimated. They were very knowledgable about the product they were installing, and the lead installer answered all of my questions regarding the installation. There were no significant issues with the installation of the roof, and it looks great.

They did a great job. There was one employee problem that they took care of immediately and professionally. The workers were quite the craftsmen. They took good care of my house and my property and showed up on time and did what they said what they'd do. There was always one of the owners on the job site everyday, several times a day, to make sure everything was being done right.

I would give them the highest marks. The fact that they work year round stands out a lot. I would absolutely use them in the future.

The receptionist, owner and installers were very cautious and thoughtful about garden area and plants. There was a leak from the skylight. They came back and fixed the problem. The project manager was right on top of things to make certain the entire job was done correctly. Unfortunately, I do not recall the price but they were less than competitor's estimates.
