Tommy does not have an electician's licence There was a problem in the fuse box which he could not fix since he was not an electrician but did a quick and dirty fix which basically eliminated the fuse box. He left with my well running OK but I am cautious. He did change the motor starter capacitor which was the real problem.

Fletcher drilling came out the day after something went wrong with my well. They even called me at 7:30 pm to let me know when they could come out. It was such a huge relief to have a knowledgeable company come the next day and restore water for us.

Tommy replaced my well pump. Very happy with the work. I definitely recommend Tommy for any well services.

We had some problems after replacing the control box. I lost water a second time. However Tommy was always available to help and moved up a return visit to replace the well pump. I know this is always expensive but felt it was fair

I'm a technician in another field. I know if a person is experienced in their job by watching them work. These guys know their stuff. They were on time and took care to do as little damage to my property as possible. The access to the well was blocked by several trees and they had no choice to cut off a few limbs. One technician held certain branches aside so that they wouldn't have to cut them off. Overall a good experience.

I called Fletcher drilling After discovery I had no water. Mr Fletcher came on Sunday and trued to get my system working. He came out on Monday and replaced my water pump. He was extremely nice and professional. Glad I found him!

Think twice before you go with Fletcher Drilling. They like to say that they have been in the business for 30 years but that is not accurate. Current owner, Tommy, is the son of the original owner of the business, and he has not been doing this for 30 years. He and his partner are not very knowledgeable based on my experience with them. Will not use them again and will not refer them to anyone. I also question their professional ethics. We had issue with our well one Saturday afternoon a few months back and all of a sudden we had no running water. They came to replace the pump but not even a day after the pump failed, and we had no water again. They could not come out for 2 weeks. We waited patiently for 2 weeks because they had other customers to take care of. I would think that this situation would warrant us to a bit more of a priority, but they did not seem to care. So we waited. They came back and told us the pump overheated again and our well was dry, and we needed to drill for a new well. They had pulled all the wire and left it on the ground and pump in the garage and said good luck. Meanwhile, they collected over $3000 from us. At this point we still had no running water, all the pvc pipe and wire was pulled and left on the ground, and we had a pump in the garage. We had been consulting with Black Mountain Drilling during this whole fiasco, and they told us that it was not right what they did and recommended that they come back and put the pump back with new wiring and pump saver and doubted that well was dry. Granted, our well is low producing but would not have reason for it to be dry. I wanted to ask for refund, so we could actually have competent people take care of this as I had at this point lost all confidence they knew what they were doing. Instead, they came back and placed the pump back in with new wiring, pump saver and actually took a probe down and check out the water level. We have had no issues with our well so far, have running water, and well was NOT dry. But it costs us an additional $1700 when they came back for the THIRD time and meanwhile we were without any running water for 1 month. If we had not been consulting with another competent business we would have been out $3000 and in worse situation than we started out with. Save yourself the hassle and negative emotions dealing with an incompetent business with questionable ethics and horrible customer service.

Our well pump went out the middle of the night. I was checking repair company references around 0600 AM using Home Advisor. About 0730, Tommy from Fletcher Well Systems called asking about the problem. I described the issue. Tommy arrived at our house about 1030, checked the electrical system, checked the well casing, replaced the pump motor, brought the wiring and piping up to code (the house was built in the mid-seventies) and was done by 1330. He explained in detail the process of determining the issue. Superlatives abound describing Tommyâ s commitment to providing honest, quality service in a personable, caring manner. Fletcher Well Systems will be our first choice should we ever have well issues. I canâ t recommend this company highly enough.

We had a well pump fail (after 26 yrs) and were totally without water. Tommy came late the day I called, pulled the pump and determine it was in fact failed. Came back the next morning and replaced the pump and restored our water. I would use them again if needed.

Mr. Fletcher and his team are excellent. They helped us troubleshoot over the phone and provided us a way to continue to have water over the weekend (amazing). They showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to solve the problem and gave us tips on how to improve our water pressure and quality. Performed the replacement of a failed water pressure tank quickly in a below ground well room quickly and under budget.

Ratings are a bit misleading as I only received a 1 hour charge for "Inspection" when they told me my well pump did not need replacing. Good on Fletcher Drilling for integrity.
