Tom quoted me on a Monday, I dropped it off on a wed. picked it up on Friday morning, all was well. I got cheaper quotes, but Tom works in a little town, and the locals keep using him and swear he stands behind his work. There is nowhere to hide in a little town. He helped me troubleshoot a problem a few years ago and would not take payment as I did the work. This is just an honest guy, who does good honest work. Send you wife or your daughter and they will get the same treatment as if you went. I gave him the B for cost because he was a little higher, you get what you pay for. Also I did have to go back and have him bleed the clutch a second time, so it felt right, he got me in and out in less than 10 min. and apologized for me having to come back.

This guy is my mechanic, and does it right. You only find out what you are dealing with when there is an issue, he took care of me and made sure I was satisfied. BTW I now have ~ 65k miles on the clutch and it is still issue free.

I had the last interview with them probably 6 months ago and it cost around $300. They get fixed the standard schedule service primarily and something else. There was a major milestone acknowledge, that is what they did a little more than a usual stuff. It is unusual and precise it was but it is as well what they did. The good work has been for now for 15 years. It is a family business and Thom is the owner and certified by Subaru and a lot of telephone cards as well. He has been invariably 3 years professional. He and his staff know exactly what they are doing. He trained some of his staff and himself and anybody you asked around town who has a Subaru and knew about the motor is very well done and effective organization.

They are quick to set up appointments. They are always timely and finish when they quote they will. They are very trustworthy and don't try and up sell. They are very friendly. The staff is very personable and informative. Anyone that I have mentioned the service provider to, that has used them, has been pleased.

I have been bringing my 1998 Subaru here for probably the past 10 years. I have always trusted his work and found his prices to be much better than dealer prices. He advises me as to what really needs to be done and what can wait, which I really appreciate. When it came time for a new car, I bought another Subaru, partly because I knew I had a good mechanic. I still have the old one too. I trust him to tell me when its time to get rid of the old one.
Even though he specializes in Subarus, he will work on other cars too. We bring my husbands Toyota highlander here too.

Trouble shot the problem and performed corrective service.
I have used Tom's shop for service on my three vehicles (2 toyotas and a subaru) for the past three years after trying three other supposedly and quot;japanese car specialistsand quot;. Tom was able to diagnose and reccommend fixes that the other shops were not, and his prices for work is fair without exception. I feel totally confident taking my vehicles to him and telling him to and quot;fix what's brokenand quot; and he'll do what needs doing, and honestly tell me what doesn't need to be done, or can wait. His shop is somewhat messy and he doesn't have a and quot;bistro and TVand quot; waiting room, but that's not nearly as important to me as honest service. Most highly recommended.

They got it done really quickly and didn't charge me extra for the time they spent looking for parts. They've done other work for me and they are very helpful, especially for someone working on a budget.

Our son purchased a car from a private owner that had ALL of it's "service" done at this place. We had a prepurchase inspection done here and the owner of Facinelli provided us with printouts of all the work that had supposedly been done to this vehicle over the years. Within weeks of purchasing the car he started having mechanical difficulties with his car and these problems have persisted over the past year. These repairs have amounted to over $3000. The mechanic we have used to fix the car each time has told us that the services Facinelli Motors claimed to have done to this car were never done or had been done improperly. So this leaves us wondering if we were provided with false documents or if Facinelli Motors was charging the previous owner for services that were never performed. Either way I would say that I would NOT trust this repair shop with any of my vehicles.

I like that they are a family owned business. They are very friendly and personable. Its a small business. I like that when I call I can usually get in within a few days. They are very reasonably priced. They never do anything that isn't needed.

The job was completed as estimated. The work done resolved the problems.
