I was given detailed information and explanations before the work was done. I was kept notified of delivery date and time as well as work schedule. Crew was professional and courteous. Job site was cleared of debris daily. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the dealings with the company. I would not hesitate to recommend Eagle Creek Roofing to anyone. It is a very knowledgable and professional company.

Pete at Eagle Roofing showed up on time for the estimate, showed us various options and a day later emailed us a quote. We had three other roofing companies provide estimates. Pete was recommended to us by a friend so we chose him. When they started the job his crew showed up on time every day, tried to minimize the mess which comes with replacing your roof and would totally clean up everything everyday after the work. Although the crew played some music (which I understand as I play music when I'm working outside myself) it was never anything offensive or too loud. I never heard any foul language from the crew and they were very polite with interactions with our family. Pete knew this was an insurance claim and he did not require any money up front. Due to the typical insurance and mortgage company hoops which must be jumped through it took over a month for us to receive the insurance check so that we could pay Pete. He was very patient and never bugged us about payment.
Overall this was a great experience. The roof they installed is nicer than what was built on our custom home 8 years ago and looks much nicer.
I highly recommend Eagle Creek Roofing and I know if our roof is ever damaged again by hail we would not hesitate to use them again.

His work was average, and his price was very high. We contacted him, and he denied doing the damage. None of the workers knew who Clay was so how would he have known the roof was leaking? He was jealous that we had gone with another roofer, but we never signed a contract. He went on the roof without our permission which is wrong. The police are investigating the matter right now.

Six years ago, we had a leaking skylight in our sunroom. The roof had been replaced, but the company that did the work could not get the skylight to quit leaking. So, we called another roofer and that company also could not stop the leak. Finally, Pete, from Eagle Creek Roofing came out and fixed the skylight. After this latest hail storm, we didn't hesitate to call Eagle Creek Roofing, because we were very pleased with his work 6 years ago. Pete was out immediately to give an estimate. The work was started soon after. The workers kept things picked up in the yard each day, which I appreciated since we have a dog. The job was finished and looks great. Shortly thereafter, we did have a leak in that same stubborn sunroom skylight. Pete returned the day after our call and the skylight was promptly fixed. We have been extremely pleased with Pete Kowalchuk and Eagle Creek Roofing. We would definitely use this company again.

Contractor came in with best bid, started work when promised, completed the work with high quality and within a short amount of time.
