The work was performed correctly, on time and for a fair price. The technician was very polite and factual, providing a lot of information about why the problem occurred and what was needed to correct the situation. I really appreciated the professionalism. I would recommend Toner Mountain Copiers to anyone who needs prompt and professional repair of office equipment. They do outstanding work on computers, as well.
