I would rate them as excellent with excellent customer service and follow up. He came in the fall, makes sure everything looked nice and came back in the spring. Little plants had died and replanted it for us. He emailed and called us. He is great and excellent.

Work was done professionally and in accordance with desired specifications. The project took a bit longer than anticipated, but this was due primarily to changes (additions) in the scope of the work.

Scott Carpenter, (the General Contractor), was personable, professional and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the quality and reliability of the sub-contractors available in the Pagosa Springs area. He was also very tolerant of our desire to be more involved in the project design and coordination than would normally be the case. Overall, I would recommend him whole-heartily, with no reservations, to anyone in search of a general contractor in the Pagosa Springs area.

All work performed by sub-contractors (and other workers) arranged for and/or supervised by Scott was accomplished expeditiously and professionally. This included tile planning, layout and installation, plumbing work, as well as several other minor miscellaneous projects.

The quality of the tile work performed by the primary sub-contractor, (Pro-Craft, Inc., Eli Carpenter), was exceptional, and shows an attention to detail and a passion for quality above what ordinarily might be expected. I would recommend his work enthusiastically.

He is extremely dependable.

The experience was excellent. We had a fabulous experience. I mean who else, at the end of it, sends you a thank you letter and then says either way I will be by in the fall to ensure that everything is still maintained and that we will come in and we will do a clean up for you. He had 2 weeks to do it and he got it done in 2 weeks. We already have plans to use him in the summer. We were excited about his ideas, he was great. He did the work while we were on vacation and we came back, it was beautiful. He came by to make sure we liked it. Then a week later he sends us a thank you card. Then he dropped by and told us every job I do I will come back just to make sure that everything is correct and still laid out right and that you still like it and we will do a free general clean up for you.

Crew was great. On time, very reliable, work was high quality and efficient.
