My husband and I had a great experience with Pagosa Fence. The owner came out the same
day I called him and gave me a fence estimate on the spot (after measuring and discussing the details of
what we wanted). We agreed on a price and down payment and that was that. Easy. I had zero time to spend
on finding a fence contractor, so this was very important to me. The owner was friendly, courteous, extremely
knowledgeable, and professional.
The area I live in required a permit from the property owner's association. The application, review,
and permit acquisition was all handled by the company - I didn't have to do a thing. The work commenced on my fence within
a couple of days of obtaining the permit and the entire fence was completed quickly - even though I decided I wanted to add wire to the fence (which added a day or two to the schedule).
The workers that installed the fence were careful and conscientious and did a great job with the installation. From start to
finish (not including the time we had to wait for a permit), the project took four days. We are delighted with the new fence - I highly recommend Pagosa Fence. I would use them again.

This job went well from start and ended with a great job well done. I would and will use this company again. The company also cleared all wood and dead trees from area, And build a horse enclosure that is also great. They do other types of jobs such as gates and drive ways .

The employee who came out promised that they would get the job done within 30 days and required a $5000 deposit before the work began. I had a few other things that needed to be done which was included in the initial estimate and deposit. They took care of the rock wall the trees immediately affected but not the rest of what I needed done. They kept stalling and stalling me, never actually finishing anything. Eventually I called them asking to reimburse me the deposit. In the end, they reimbursed me only around $600, charging me excess of $4000 for the little work they did.
